SG Hosting Inc. (“SiteGround”) does not sell any personal information of natural persons, including of individuals (incl. households) who are residents of the State of California, USA (the latter are hereinafter referred to as “consumers”, “you”, “your”).

SiteGround has taken substantial steps to identify whether any of our activities as well as our data sharing arrangements would constitute a “sale” or “share” under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, together hereinafter referred to as the “CCPA” . The definitions of “sale” and “share” under the CCPA, are broad and include certain types of exchange of personal information.
