Starting Your New Site with Our Setup Wizard
We have created an in-house solution, called the Account Setup Wizard which will walk you through the process of setting up your new website. The Wizard will automatically appear as a pop-up window right after your first login in the User Area. If you still do not have a website, you can choose to start it straight from the Wizard.
WordPress installation is the most popular option for starting a new website through the wizard, but several other applications can be installed through it too.
You have the option to use the Wizard right away or choose the ‘Remind me to set up later’ link. If you don’t complete the full setup process, the Wizard will save your progress and remain active for 30 days after the account order. You will be able to access it from the right column with important messages on the homepage of your User Area.
WordPress (or Other App) Installation Through Our Support Section
You can also request installation of WordPress, Drupal, Joomla and many more applications through our support section. Just go to the User Area → Support tab → Request Assistance from Our Team → Proceed to contact us here link.
Once you see the list of support topics, click the appropriate link for the application you wish to be installed.
Using Our SiteBuilder to Start Your New Site
If you have no previous experience with website creation, our integrated free SiteBuilder, located in your User Area, will be the perfect option for you. You will be able to design your site by arranging its elements the way you like it, thanks to the simple drag and drop tool. If you prefer a ready-to-use design, there are various themes to pick from. The SiteBuilder provides you with numerous functionalities, including the option to create an online store. To start creating your site with the SiteBuilder, go to the User Area → My Accounts → Sitebuilder tab.
