After your application has been approved, you will receive a welcome email allowing you to login to your Affiliate Area with the credentials specified upon registrations, and start your SiteGround promo campaign. Here is the most important information you need when accessing your Affiliate Area.
How to login to the Affiliate Area?
Once your application is accepted, you will be able to log in to your Affiliate Area from the Login page.
If you have forgotten your login details, you can use the password lookup page. You should use the email associated with your account so that we can reply with instructions how to reset your passwords.
How to switch between Affiliate and Customer Area?
If you are a SiteGround affiliate and customer, and the two areas are connected with the same user credentials, you can easily switch between them.
To switch between the two areas just use the Switch To link in the upper right corner of the User Area page.
If you have registered initially for a customer account and have become an affiliate after that, every time you log in, you will enter the User Area by default. If you have registered initially for an affiliate account and have become a customer after that, every time you log in, you will enter the Affiliate Area by default.
If you want to change your settings and select in which Area to log in by default, go to the My Details page, which is next to the Switch To link in the upper right corner of the screen, and change the Default Login Settings using the radio buttons. Click Update and you are ready.
