I have been running a number of WordPress sites on my own server for many years now, and have been hacked repeatedly over the past six months, causing me a great deal of stress. I have been absolutely knocked out by the ease with which SiteGround have been able to transfer my sites in, and I was particularly grateful to Anton N who helped me diagnose some sources of heavy traffic on one of the sites I brought in that was eating up all my resources. It is a real weight off my mind to know the deep expertise and prompt service is there to call on if I need it. Also I am still at the stage of logging into CloudFlare every day and smiling at the amount of cached requests and blocked traffic!

Fantastic help today, made us realise SiteGround was without a doubt, the best move we ever made.
We've just transferred from another provider and there were a few problems in the process that were quite frustrating and resulted in the site being down quite a lot, but your support team were very helpful in getting everything back up and running again. In the process they also revealed some issues with the way our site is built and gave us advice on how to improve it, which they are still helping me with now. Everyone was very helpful, but I'd like to mention the following people in particular:
Nikolay Arabadzhiev - For dealing the initial job of transferring our site from our previous host.
Rusi Malinov and Dimitar G. - for getting the situation fixed when there were a few frustrating problems after the transfer.
Georgi Vichev - Quickly solving the problem I had with accessing our PhpMyAdmin, so I could begin optimising the database.

About a month ago I moved the website for my wife’s company to SiteGround from Web.com after a horrible hacking experience during which I received no help from that provider. My research turned up SiteGround as a first class site for hosting wordpress and other similar websites. I have not been disappointed. From the first, everybody I have dealt with has been both courteous and knowledgeable. No matter what kind of issue I had, whether it was a difficult technical one or one resulting from a hole in my knowledge, you have been helpful and quick to resolve my issues. When there has been a difficulty in communication you have been quick to take responsibility for that, even if it resulted from my initial misstatement of the issue.
I have been in the computer business since 1969 and have development small and large systems and have both worked in and run support organizations. It is rare to find one that has the combination of both good interaction with the end user and the excellent knowledge and patience it takes to resolve issues. You have all this.
Regarding SiteGround...I am speechless...I can't find the words to express myself. AMAZING...The support team are unique. I was on a live chat for almost a half day, until 6 o'clock in the morning, I spoke to more than 5-6 persons and they were all excellent, polite and patient. I really appreciate. All day today I was talking to my friends about the new company I found and bought a plan to start building a website. I am very very satisfied. I could write one million words about you but I dont have the time now :) You are the best and I will advertise you as long as I am alive!!!!

I was having difficulties adding a wordpress site to my hosting and just wanted to know if it was possible. Gabriela A advised that this was possible and showed me where to add the site. She then proceeded to offer to install this for me and configure it. I even had a custom request to preference the www, she took care of this as well. Really well spoken, fast and accurate response and most importantly went above and beyond to assist me.
Over the past 14 years in the I.T. industry I've spoken with my fair share of support officers. I mean this sincerely that Gabriela A. is one of the best support people I've spoken to. Really helpful and I am not regretting moving from hostexcellence AT ALL. As a direct result of this, I am planning to migrate most if not all of my customers over to SiteGround from hostexcellence without any hesitation.

A few weeks ago we needed to quickly set up an account and a site. Thought about potential problems and took care of them before I said anything. Really great support. Perfect, really.
Email is now working perfectly everywhere. SiteGround Tech support has been fantastic. I called them this morning because I couldn't get into the cPanel. It turned out the system locked us out for security reasons (to many attempts). They cleared it. Total time about 5 minutes. They answered immediately. The email also is much quicker. We just have to come up with a strategy for archiving and deleting emails so we don't build up 6GB on SG server.

As a beginner, I have been struggling for the entire day with my previous host and was frustrated with all the new terms that I have to get used to in order to set up a website. In addition, support from my previous host was not proactive therefore I had to struggle for quite some time. In the end, I cancelled my account because the problem couldn’t be fixed.
Then, I got introduced to Siteground by a lady on Live Chat at ‘whoishostingthis.com' called Jessica. I would like to take a moment to formally thank you. We have been going through a technology upgrade in our home offices and the past few weeks have been hectic.
We have had to ask many questions through chat and call as well as open a few tickets. From time to time I'm sure we have perhaps gotten on your nerves.
One example is that the setup of our phone system is so vague that even the vendor's install engineers are having issues understanding their own software for setup as it applied for use on non-self hosted servers (shared services hosting for email).

I would really really really like to thank two of your representative for the help and the good work they did over chat. First I would like to thank the PreSales questions representative, Miroslav M. Without him, I would not be a customer. He answered all of my questions, and more in a personable, friendly way, that I have no experienced in a long time. I was so frustrated from speaking to godaddy for HOURS and HOURS yesterday, trying to fix a problem of a slow site, that I was just done with it. He went above and beyond what was needed, and I appreciate him taking the time to do so. He made choosing SiteGround very easy, which is hard to do because there are so many different hosting companies, with cheaper prices, but service representatives like my man Miroslav make it worth the extra $$. I am not really picky. Just let him know that his work ethic was VERY appreciated by me. I asked him if there was anyone he wanted me to talk to, to tell him how good of a job he did, and he said no. That just shows he is a good employee.
Kamen G is another gentleman I would like to thank. He spent a long time helping me diagnose some plugin problems with wordpress, and basically said "Hey Brandon, sit back, and let me fix this for you". He troubleshot dozens of things, and finally came to the solution. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Another great customer service representative.
I just think that everyone should know how great of a job they are doing, and that they should be an example. Not only within SiteGround, but throughout all other hosting companies. They are setting the expectation high.

I absolutely love SiteGround. This isn't because I understand a THING about what happens on the back end, although I'm sure you do a great job there. (My website seems to always work, so it must!). I foolishly volunteered to revamp the UK site for the Hewlett Packard User Group (hpug.org.uk) and, as I have picked up some Drupal knowledge over the years, decided to use that.
In order to run the new site in parallel with the other, I registered the name decus.org.uk (after the old Digital Equipment Computer Users Society).
However, all my other sites have domains managed by Siteground and, although I have researched how to transfer the DNS to point to decus.org.uk, it seems my 35 years of IT support missed out big chunks of DNS management.

I signed up with SiteGround having been told that your service was exceptional – joined primarily because of that service expectation. I just had a support chat session with Todor. It’s my first contact with any of your staff. In context, the help I needed was very basic stuff, run-of-the-mill setup stuff.
I can’t think of anything that Todor could have done to improve the help he gave. He was friendly, efficient, respectful (of even the dumbest questions), and willing to find ways to help beyond my initial problem.
Honestly, I wish I’d been able to record the session to share it with other helpdesk staff (including my former employer’s) to show them what customer service should be.

Since joining SiteGround on the recommendation of a client, I have found the service to be first rate. Today, Dimitar exceeded that. It may be a straightforward fix to him, but after first instantly resolving my initial issue (a problem installing WordPress) he then helped me correct an issue that has been previously unresolved by two of his colleagues at SiteGround, a specialist coder friend of mine, and the authors of the wordPress premium template I was installing.
The issue related to the subDomain rendering as intended, but the public facing url being heavily compromised by blocked fonts. This made the site look clunky, dated and unfinished. Dimitar successfully fixed the issue, but more than that, took me through the necessary steps to correcting the issue, should it happen again in the future.
He has made my client happy, he has saved me significant stress, and he has made sure that should the same happen again, I will be able to quickly resolve the issue without contacting your team.

I talked to her on October 14th, at about 2pm Pacific time via live chat. I had some questions regarding adding TXT records to a domain.
First, she greeted me kindly and asked how I was doing. Then, as she helped me with my issue, she both responded quickly, as well as offered the choice between her implementing the changes I asked for, or watching over me implement the changes. I chose to implement the changes myself, and then I asked her to check over my work. As a fairly new SiteGround client, I wanted to commend Mirko for his always excellent, personable, professional, and helpful responses!
We started using SiteGround a little under a year ago after religiously using Bluehost for all of our clients' dozens of websites. Over the course of 3 years, Bluehost's customer service and downtime has gotten to the point of being atrocious and unmanageable.
Needless to say, we will be moving as many of our websites to SiteGround as possible. The wonderful technical support help of the Live Chat and Support Tickets are one of the biggest reasons for this decision from us. It's hard to not fall in love with a company who has such wonderful personnel such as Mirko!!
Just wanted to take a moment and say that Sotir is doing good work. I had a reasonably complex support case and he handled gracefully. I say that as a CMO in Silicon Valley who previously ran global support at Google for its 120MM users across all consumers and businesses using Google Maps, Earth, and Sketchup.

I think we’ve all been there: You are testing out a system or dealing with pre-sales support and everything seems like it will be fantastic. And then … you sign up and the support is shocking and everything goes down the drain – including your money.
I was hesitant with site ground at first because they were so cheap. I had just been paying $500 a month with someone else and it was a nightmare. So I wasn’t confident that site ground was going to be any better at such a low price.
How pleasantly surprised I have been. The pre-sales support was amazing. I contacted their live chat support at all different times of the day and got a very quick response. Then I had my site up and running within a few days – they installed CS-CART for me straight away and IT WORKED!!!
Then came the real test – after sales support. I have received just as good support after sale than pre sale. I’ve had questions answered immediately and the live chat has been fantastic with getting things resolved fast.
I seriously couldn’t recommend Siteground highly enough. They clearly take customer service seriously, which I believe is often half the battle when dealing with online providers.

I'm a computer consultant and have a few customers who have web pages that I've written for them. I don't do a lot of this work, spending most of my time chasing security issues with their hardware.
I had a recent need for a new website (theinstigatorsaustin.com) and a domain transfer. Let me tell you a bit about my experiences...
The signup process is so easy even a caveman could do it. Once singed up, I had some questions about domain transfer. I used the Live Chat and 'spoke' with George M. The entire session took 13 minutes and he handled all of my questions. And even better, your chat system let me print out a chat log - nicely formatted - so I didn't have to try and make notes while George and I chatted.
I had a couple of questions today, so I went back to Live Chat and connected with Illiyana. We didn't get far - something disconnected our chat, so I called the 866 phone number. It took me 3 minutes to get placed in the support queue. Peter picked up the phone in 5 seconds. Our conversation may have lasted a minute - his understanding of my question was perfect and his his reply was 100% correct. This lead me to another stumbling block, so I redialed. This time he picked up my call in 2 seconds and answered my question in under a minute. And again, it was perfect.
Your phone message says something about exceeding expectations. I expect a lot - far more than most people, I'm afraid - but I have to tell you this: No One Provides the Level of Customer Service Found at SiteGround. You are the Gold Standard, across all industries. I'll continue bringing my customers to you, for that reason alone.

I would like to commend Teodora for her excellent help and patience in answering all of my questions about SiteGround. I was looking into 6 or 7 other webhosting sites, but with the great, knowledgeable support I received decided to push the button and signup with SiteGround.

She is an exceptional Customer Service representative. She took time to carefully read my questions, then I can tell she felt how I felt and instead of jumping into selling her company’s services: She asked about myself (which was on a very polite way, and that calmed me down – honestly, I was very frustrated about who to choose on either SiteGround or one of their major competitors BlueHost). She didn’t try to counter advertise the other hosting company, but explained (after having carefully reviewed my questions) to me what would be better for me, and my company. She then took extra time to walk me trough the ordering process as of for the cPanel setup. Please manager, take a special care of this young lady, she has exceptional skills, great potential and she will deserve a promotion some when I bet.

SiteGround has been top-notch from my introduction to them. Their GoGeek plan is excellent if you want the tools of self-managed hosting, without that whole "self-managing" part. I've placed a dozen of my own sites on SiteGround, and have been recommending clients to them, as the service is just that good.
Since I began using SiteGround for a new project a few months back, I've been blown away by their technical chops and their stellar customer service. I've yet to have an issue that wasn't self inflicted, and I've since moved over a few larger client sites that needed a better level of service. There have been no complaints and numerous commendations. Simply put, SiteGround is doing it right when so many are dropping the ball.

I just wanted to give some feedback on my experience as a new SiteGround (go geek) customer.
I signed up a while back for the growbig service and had various problems relating to database connection timeouts and decided to go back to my old host.
This time I went for the go geek service and couldn't be more happy. Your custom cpanel is excellent along with the staging and simple ways to edit installations. I've had no server related problems so far apart from simple ones that you'd expect when moving host.
The big difference with yours and my old host is the website speed, my sites load incredibly fast even with media heavy pages and a lot of scripts.

I've never written so many great reviews in one day. I was very frustrated because I couldn't get my Mac Mail working. I opened a ticket and Dimitar replied in 8 minutes. His support was amazing and, just like the previous ticket, the only delays were mine. His subsequent follow ups were in two to three minutes.

Nothing is too much trouble for her and if she can’t give me a proper answer she is honest about it and recommends I post a ticket (better than making something up to get rid of me). There's just a few things that are the most important to me in a web host, and SiteGround excels at each of them.
1) Stability and Responsiveness. My sites have been live and running strong ever since I activated my account with SiteGround. I've never noticed one hiccup. This is one of those "invisible" qualities that you never realize how important it is until you're on a host where you notice your site down all the time. I also have typically done routine database optimization on my sites, and I've found that that is becoming less and less necessary because SiteGround does that for me.
2) Speed and Caching. I did pre- and post- testing of my sites as I was migrating to SiteGround, and every site performed better than my previous host on SiteGround without any caching added at all. Then they showed me their "SuperCacher" WordPress plugin. That thing really works, and made my sites perform really well, really consistently. It provides both server side caching and object caching.
3) Support. This is the key to every online service, and SiteGround excels here in spades. Every ticket I've submitted gets at least an initial reply in less than 15 minutes, often less than 5 minutes. And they are always prompt with helping me configure something myself, or changing a setting for me, or pointing me in the right direction. It's excellent.
I can't say enough good things about SiteGround. I highly recommend their GoGeek shared hosting platform if you are a developer on a budget but still want advanced features like staging, GitHub integration, and of course the SuperCacher. It's all you need for an excellent price.
SiteGround has been great for my websites. They “get” WordPress managed hosting without limiting users the way a number of other managed hosts do.
The WordPress-specific caching features SiteGround provides are awesome, as are the one-click staging sites. And SiteGround’s support is the best I’ve ever received from any host, period. Whether via chat or by phone, they are technically savvy and always respond incredibly fast if I have questions.

What a breath of fresh air. After dealing with GoDaddy and HostGator, this was such a relief. I waited almost no time at all to speak with a rep, and Rumen was very patient and relaxed. We talked like regular human beings, rather than the copy-and-paste autoresponses other companies rely on. And what a great idea with the photo and profile! Your customer service model is one to be commended, I hope you never downgrade it.
I'm writing to compliment you on your level of Customer Service. It is just fantastic and I've already started spreading the word to my peers and colleagues.
The way I came to SiteGround was through pain and hardship. The
previous host for my company's website were heinous. Our site went down (to NO fault of our own) the week that I had sales reps on the ground at the SXSW convention. The timing could NOT have been worse and the response time was something like three days. It was awful. There was no support, except for empty loop speak on in a chat window. You know responses like, "Our technicians are working on it at this time blah blah blah."
So needless to say I suffer from acute PTSD when it comes to my
website. AE35 Media is a start up. We are a small company and as such everyone has to wear many hats and do things that are WAY WAY out of our normal comfort zones. After the SXSW debacle I did the research on my own and decided on SiteGround because your company's online reviews are terrific and your sites virtually never go down.
So a few days ago, I logged into our site and found that the SiteGround curtain had gone up. I'm making the distinction because the site wasn't down. It was just...I dunno...hidden. So I was bracing for the absolute worst when I called the help number and was kinda blown away when a very nice man by the name of Petar picked up, introduced himself and had my site back up and visible in under 5 min. Seriously. It was so easy and painless I was taken aback by it.
Well it turns out (again, thanx to Petar) that our site was curtailed
because we exceeded our traffic allocations. Somehow another site
we/you are hosting for us gained 600,000 hits in under a month. I have no idea where the traffic came from or even if it was real or bots.
The reality is that I don't care. It was for a site for a project that isn't going well and is slated for shelving. All I knew is that I didn't want my own site to go down. So I talked with Petar and he helped me decide that we should upgrade my plan that would migrate our servers.
I gave the go ahead on it and the whole thing happened in under 12
hours. Seriously seamless.
Now there were a couple of loose ends on my end that I didn't anticipate as well...I'm not my company's web guy normally. But I knew enough that the changing of the servers would mean that a couple of things had to be re pointed, and the email server would have to be altered (which meant opening new accounts in our enduser's clients) and I wouldn't be able to access the login window for the back end via my old book marks. And of course I couldn't have been smart enough to think of all of this "stuff" all at once. So over the next couple of days I took advantage of your company's chat room options.

In all earnestness, this is hands down, without question or exception
the BEST Customer Service I have ever received at any time pertaining to ANY online service. All three representatives were courteous,
thoroughly knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Whatever kind of
training you've given them is exceptional and SiteGround and the level of service you provide should become the standard by which all other
companies are measured. Give the four of them a raise...some sort of
commendation because even though I am in the business of media I am in fact one of the dimmest folks there is when it comes to navigating
things online. Rooting around in the architecture of my site or
accessing the Cpanel is just not something I'm comfortable with, but
all of your reps never...ever..not once made me feel like the bozo that I am. They actually TAUGHT me some things. And now? Now I know just enough to run my business better.
I have confidence now. Because even though I have no real clue what do when problems arise, I do know that your company and your team of
customers reps DO know what to do when I end up on their doorstep.

Recently I attended your technical training webinars on Joomla - and they were very helpful! I hope SiteGround produces many more. In addition, the chat service which we are using now is one of the features which sets SiteGround apart and above all other support services.
First, I wanted to say that I don’t typically write reviews. However, the service and support that I received (and continue to receive) from Dimitar Dimov, Teodor Chilov, Delyan Delov, Minko Mihnev, Plamen was BEYOND STELLAR (I had to put that in caps for emphasis :^). Before coming to SiteGround.com, I was with another web hosting provider for almost 6 years. A week ago, I was ready to launch my new website and the other web hosting company told me that they did not support a certain file type that was needed for the new website. I went into slight panic mode, until my husband suggested that I find another web hosting company. SiteGround.com was the web hosting provider that was suggested as the best fit for my specific needs.
In the six year period that I was with the other hosting site, I only used the Help Desk once or twice. However, in the past week, I sent numerous requests for help to initiate the website transfer. The lack support left me extremely frustrated. Most of the replies were delayed or did not fix my problems. Not to mention, I was put on hold for over 2 hours and never got the opportunity to speak to a Customer Service Representative.
Many companies say 24/7 customer support, but it’s more like we’ll get back to you in 24-48 hours. With SiteGround.com 24/7 means just that. They are available 24 hours, 7 days a week - around the clock. When I submitted my support tickets they would quickly go from “Open” to “Open and Processing” to “Awaiting Your Reply”. They were so fast, I found myself waiting by the computer so I could be there to reply!
The gentelmen listed above did everything they could to assist me with getting my files transfered and my website up and running. When I had questions, they answered them. When I didn't understand or needed clarification, they clarified (I am NOT website savvy). The level of detail provided in the responses was and very refreshing (I wasn't just given a link to an article to read). Everyone was kind, patient and and thorough in their responses to my problems. I’m quite certain they probably found me annoying, because I was beginning to annoy myself, but they kept on helping and providing exceptional support. The Support Guru’s at SiteGround.com are not only professional, but it is clear that quality customer service is a priority.
I have only been with SiteGround.com for a little over a week, but I can not begin to tell you how amazing the experience has been. I am SO glad I switched to this company. Support, resources, speed, affordable and anything else you can think about. The best hosting company I ever used in 15 years doing online business. Enough said ... They are the top choice.
After over a year of research that I believe your company will provide the best overall hosting for me. I started, as many do, looking for cheap hosting, but could not find any who supported Joomla, my chosen CMS, effectively enough for me. Would they be there to help me when I needed assistance? I had my mind set on two other companies (InMotion and CloudAccess) earlier this year and but decided to check the web again for alternatives because I could not decide between the two companies. CloudAccess appeared to be more Joomla centric but would become expensive if I needed more than two websites. InMotion was local, but seemed to lack full support for Joomla. After reading reviews in the past few days, I believe SiteGround is the place me. The price is more than I had intended to pay, but you get what you pay for in this world today. I believe that after reviewing your site and it’s services, your pricing is reasonable and probably a very good deal in the long run.
My research today landed me in your chat room with Teodora. Teodora was knowledgeable about your features and answered my questions well. She offered to contact me when I am ready to begin with SiteGround. I was surprised with how fast she was on line to chat. which was much faster than other companies I have contacted. Being a “freak” about Joomla means I would be getting a company who is very interested in the CMS and therefore more qualified to help me learn and get better at developing my website and should provide more assistance when needed. She asked about me and my experience, the first to do that. Being in customer relations myself, as a pharmacist and manager, I noticed that she placed the customer/client first in “asking to know about them” therefore ultimately making it easier to serve them and give them something needed as opposed to selling them something. From the beginning, her answers were concise and informative. If she her behaviors represents the company’s goals and mission, then she is an asset to your company in my opinion. Yes, I know that she is in sales and her job is to sell, but I got a different sense of value about your company in chatting with her.

Hristina did an exceptional job of walking me through the steps of registering my domain name through Site Ground and then immediately updating my DNS to link to my new domain. The process was surprisingly easy and I am happy to have my hosting and domain name now linked to site ground. Your updates over the past couple of months and year have been dramatic (especially considering there was a point I considered switching to a more designer/user friendly site). We had some hard ones (multiple domains under the same SSL certificate, multiple installs with shared code but different databases, ...) but there seems to be no end to Daniel's ability to find a solution. Of course, not everything we ask for is possible -- but it's cool to have someone who actually understand what you try to achieve and thinks along with you to find something that will work. So that was lesson 4 : this is one hell of a focused team!
We're currently getting underway with the complete migration, which will take another month or so. Why not faster ? Actually, SiteGround is not the limiting factor. We want to inform our customers and manage the testing of the new installs one after the other, so we are taking it slow. This gradually introduced us to the capabilities of the helpdesk, which is key to maintaining actual operations. And once again, speed and competence. It gets boring and repetitive, but it's true.

Hi! I want to share my story of utter and complete satisfaction with you! It goes back to a year ago. I wanted to control my site. While working with a webmaster I no longer wanted him to manage or admin anything. He repeatedly shared that he provided the information to complete that. Much to my disappointment it was not working out. It was contentious and I was not a happy camper.I phoned siteground directly and a reasonable solution was created (I believe the gentleman is Ivan). I agreed and we moved forward. During this past year I must tell you Siteground has continually exceeded my expectations. As a result I am a huge fan.
I am writing this note (letter) a year later because the issue resurfaced at renewal time. Both Peter and George walked me through it and successfully called me down off the ledge (if you know what I mean). George was so patient and listened intently regarding my concerns. He went the extra mile to confirm that my needs were met.
I firmly believe that the real measure of a company, individual, etc. is when things are not ideal. Having been met with such an incredible group of individuals that make up your team has proven to be a joy (over and over). WOW! That's really all I can say. My son sat at my PC while I went to the kitchen to get a cup of coffee and somehow started a delete process on my entire account in FTP housing many domain names.
I closed the FTP program, but not before it was to late, Everything was broken.
I submitted a ticket, Dimitar picked it up within about a minute and had already started the restore process before he responded about 60 seconds later. Just over 3GB was restored and the sites all backup within 10 minutes of my ticket submission. Truly unremarkable support, Just Outstanding. I just started shopping around for Semi Dedicated hosting prices. but now, I'm not going anywhere and will simply be upgrading my accounts at Site Ground, not going anywhere. Just can't beat the support! Especially when in disaster mode.
I thought it would take hours to get a response on a ticket like this, not seconds.

Fixing the email issue in Egroupware 1.8, you did a great job as a team and individually. The issue wasn't just resolved by standard FAQ like solutions but needed Database knowledge, scripting knowledge, teamwork and good technical knowledge.

I used to be in support myself and also a technical support manager, so I am well qualified to evaluate technical support activity.
Lubomir's action with regards to my problem is truly exceptional.
I had a problem that from one day to the next I was unable to login to my Joomla Admin for my business site. A highly disconcerting event. 2 support staff had had a look at it and were unable to resolve the issue. The last report showed that some changes had taken place on my login files, which really disconcerted me, so I re-opened the ticket asking about details of those changes as it wasn't me who had performed them.
Lubomir could have acted based on the information provided by his colleagues, but instead he checks for himself, and lo and behold the problem could now be solved.
Although we do not know the cause of the problem, the fact that Lubomir took action from a clean slate, has saved me time, effort and money.
I do not diminish the work performed by Lubomir's colleagues, as it remains a mystery what caused the problem in the first place and why the problem was resolved from one day to the next.
But in Lubomir's situation it would have been easiest for him, to not check and to direct me to buy additional support, which would have left me very unhappy, because the problem was not of my making.
Instead Lubomir has made me very happy and a more committed customer of SiteGround and as a result I am more likely to continue to add websites with SiteGround.
Overall your support staff are helpful and the main reason for me to be a customer of SiteGround.
I'm just going to say this, It's customer service reps like Ivan that make your service a 5 star experience. Keep doing what you are doing!

Server uptime is an absolute UTMOST nitpick area of mine. I don't want to see my website say 404 offline for more than 5 seconds in a whole YEAR. well this host I have seen ZERO seconds. I think it went offline for a half a second once or twice last year?
But besides Server Uptime I need HIGH quality support from caring dedicated people. Siteground has it all.

After making the mistake of moving from SiteGround, for a host who made big promises and didn't deliver, I moved all of my sites back. Keep up the great service. My sites haven't seen any down time since the move and for some reason spam is almost non-existent on your servers. I don't know how SiteGround does it but I am thankful for it.

This morning I contacted your chat support and got Martin. He helped me cancel a website I had gotten for my grandson last year, but my grandson never used it. Martin took care of that for me right away, with no hassle at all. Then he asked if there was anything else I needed.
I have 9 other websites with you under several different usernames. It is always difficult to remember the various logins. So I asked if he could collect them all under a single login for me. In less than five minutes, he had verified them all and moved them under one login for me.
Martin was very polite, caring and competent, and he didn't at all resent doing something extra.

I just wanted to basically mention that you guys at SiteGround are doing a really great job in terms of your support services. I mean compared to some other hosting providers/ Internet service providers your system has left them in the dirt. I have prior experience of trying to get help from other companies and they all ended up making my head swell up because they just did not speak to the point and in a friendly manner. I have learned a lot using the open source software that SITEGROUND offers through Fantastico, CGI center, Site Softw. and Google Appl. Tutorials are great and you can learn by yourself. Support is fast and helpful. I could not desire more, and I consider myself a demanding person. After early bad experiences, I'm not thinking in changing having bought hosting space for 4 years.
The "Site Down" problem accessing my email from public library network was resolved by the technicians in less than 5 minutes after I went through the steps required to ping and test the site. I really appreciate the wonderful service!

I began a live chat to ask about transferring my domain over to you. Your sales rep immediately asked me to hold, and very politely told me he was transferring me to a "senior sales representative." I didn't get his/her
name, but that person should be thanked - it made me feel great to have a "senior" person on my case. Then, Kristina came on line and was extremely helpful. I needed a bit more information at my end before switching, and we hung up. She then sent me an email. This extra follow-up now REALLY makes me feel like a valued customer. Plus, Kristina writes grammatically and carefully, so she presents that professional image that makes me - a scared neophyte - feel more secure.

I have been trying out a few different hosting solutions over the last few years and I just felt that I had to write to you and say siteground.com is by far the best hosting service I have came across. Prices, information on the site, and the control panel is all brilliant. Installed phpNuke via the CP with no hassle and speed to the site seem to be very good as well.

I sent in a help desk ticket about my site being unavailable/very slow due to an overloaded server. Five minutes after sending in that ticket, a technician responded stating the problem very clearly, and said that they would do their best to try to fix the problem. About 5 minutes after, my Websites pages started loading faster. That's what I call fast service.

Recently, I switched accounts to your site. I came across your service not through recommendations but rather through internet searches and blogging. Truth be told, I didn't find any real bad press. (Usually that is not necessarily a good thing!) So, I built our first ecommerce site with your hosting service and the staff even helped to install the software. I will be frank -- the installation had some 'kinks' -- but this is par for the course. I've been in the field for more than 20 years and always there are kinks.

At the beginning of the week I attended an internet 2007 conference. The clear message for the next year on the internet is User Driven content and business. Clearly you are providing this platform and framework. I am and feel that I am in control of the system and process. Just a "thank you" note for the exceptional service & value I've received so far. As someone with just enough technical knowledge to cause troubles, I've found your systems to be quick, easy, flexible and powerful.
I'll fully admit that my needs are "less than professional"; a group of friends and I play "WorldOfWarcraft", and needed a guild website. Within a day, I had a site up and running, with functional forums and news items. Over the next week or so, I've added other features that game players expect: a calendar, a guild roster, etc., all using components that were a snap to setup and install, including Joomla and PHP-BB (installed via your own online tools), plus JCalPro (a Joomla-based event calendar), WoWRoster (for listing our in-game characters), EQDKP (tracking attendance to in-game events), itemlink (to provide extra details on in-game items), and more from the open source community. It's been a learning experience, but your online tools have made things incredibly quick, informative, and simple.
I've had only one "issue" (entirely my own fault), requiring that my primary domain name be changed mere hours after I'd selected it (I'd jumped the gun a bit on picking a URL). Your support staff responded immediately, helped me quickly and professionally, and did so entirely online (no phone calls, hold times, etc.).
I discovered your service while searching Google for "warcraft guild hosting"; wanted to let you know that your ARE reaching your target market, and that your solutions are a great match indeed.
In terms of "suggestions": perhaps adding some of the above-listed, WorldOfWarcraft-specific components to the "Fantasico" list would be helpful for folks with similar needs to mine? Otherwise: things have gone very smoothly.
You aren't kidding about being fast. Places where you have to PAY for the support aren't this fast. Your speed in your reponses not only shows the care you give your customers it shows your knowledge. You know what your doing, it's obvious that when your asked something, you aren't off somewhere reading and researching the answer. Granted my questions haven't been the most complex but still your answering and solving questions quicker than i can nuke my dinner.
