Nikolay is one of those rare people, who can make even the most complex technology work flawlessly and at the same time explain it to your granny and even teach her how to set it up herself! His great tech knowledge and communication skills turn him into the best person to manage most of SiteGround's in-house hardware and software optimization projects, while heading the most helpful technical support department in the industry at the same time.

About The Company
Founded in 2004 by a few university friends, SiteGround gradually but steadily turned into a leading web hosting service provider. With only a handful of people working from their university dorm rooms in the beginning, today the company has about 220 employees and is constantly growing. We process 1000 tickets, 500 phone calls and 800+ chat requests per day. We proudly host more than 320 000 domains with this number growing by the hour.
We take just as good care of our employees as we do of our clients. We believe that happy employees lead to happy customers, that's why we offer all kinds of perks to motivate and inspire our staff.
