Start Logging in With Your Email!
We are happy to announce that we have significantly enhanced our login process as of October 3. You can now forget the hard-to-remember usernames and start logging into your User Area with your email instead. To enable that, go to your User Area -> My Details section and click the "Change to Email" button next to the Username field. Upon confirming the change, you will no longer have a separate username and will log in with your email. If you do not wish to make the update, no worries! You can continue using your current username. All our customers who signed up after October 3 are already using their email as username.
When You Run an Older CMS Version
We often encounter websites that run an outdated or a no longer supported CMS version. In our latest blog post we give advice on how to deal with your CMS version when it reaches End of Life. We are also teaming up with Tag 1 Quo, who provide long term support for Drupal 6 and soon for older versions of WordPress. Use coupon code SITEGROUND to get one month free if you want to try their service.
We Welcome 32 Site5 Support Stars
Recently our support team was joined by very special hosting support talent. We welcomed 32 top-performing support engineers from the web hosting company Site5. Our new colleagues come from 10 different countries and have a collective experience of more than 120 years. Read the inspiring story about how they joined our team and the value they bring to our company.
