Stacie, you can access your cPanel from User Area -> My Accounts -> Login to cPanel button or directly by typing your domain.name/cpanel or domain.name:2083, where you should replace "domain.name" with your actual domain name, which should be pointed to SiteGround services, too.

Where exactly can I find the wp-config.php file? I'm in the cpanel, but don't know where to go from there.

You can follow the steps below:

      1. Go to your cPanel
      2. Click on File Manager (tutorial)
      3. Navigate to the Directory Root folder of the domain you are referring to (the directory root folder is shown in cPanel -> Addon Domains for TLDs, and cPanel -> Subdomains for subdomains)
      4. The wp-config.php file is usually there

How can I login to cpanel? should I create a new account or is it with my WP account username/password?

You can access your cPanel from your User Area -> My Accounts -> Go to cPanel. You can also use yourdomain.com/cpanel. The login credentials should be different than the ones you used for your WordPress.

The Username is shown in your User Area -> My Accounts -> Information & Settings, and the password can be reset from the same tab.
