How to Upgrade your Shared Hosting Account?

You can easily upgrade from StartUp to GrowBig or GoGeek or from GrowBig to GoGeek. To do this, simply go to your User Area -> My Accounts and press the Upgrade button next to the account you want to upgrade. If you're on a GoGeek account, you can choose to upgrade to our Cloud Hosting solutions.     How much does it cost to upgrade from GrowBig to GoGeek if, let's say, I am currently using one-year GrowBig? Should I pay the new plan (GoGeek) again for one full year? or I just need to pay the cost difference?

      If your current term expires more than one month from the date you order an upgrade, we will charge you only for the difference in fees for all remaining full months. Your Term and expiration date will not change.

      If your current term expires less than one month from the date you order an upgrade, we will directly charge you for renewal on the new plan, at a renewal term of your choice.
