Please change my primary domain name.

You can easily change the primary domain name for your hosting account. In order to do so, you should go to your SiteGround Customer Area > My Accounts > Manage Account (for the account whose primary domain you wish to change) > Change Primary Domain.

Read carefully the changes that will be made to your account and if you understand and agree to them, tick the check box to confirm it. Then type the new domain name and complete the process by clicking on the Confirm domain change button. Please make sure you have typed in your new domain name correctly before submitting it so that you do not need to go through this process again.

Please note that if the new domain name is not registered, you will need to register it first. You can do so from your Customer Area, the Order section.

You can do that from the Change Primary Domain tool in your User Area, as it is described in the article. Do not hesitate to open a support ticket if you need an assistance with this.

Will this automatically change my wordpress application domain name? Or will I need to change that by IP manually once A Records have been propagated?

The primary domain name change will not automatically update the URL settings of your WordPress. You will have to do this manually.

How fast will I be able to access the new domain once I change the primary domain?

If the new primary domain is already pointed to our server and the change has propagated, then you should be able to access the new domain right away.
