What to do if you lost access to your account

If you cannot remember the password for your account, click the Recover Password button on the login page. You will receive an email on the administrative email address of your account containing a link, which you can use to reset the password.

When you fill all the required information send the form to us by clicking here.

In the case summary include any relevant information that will help our Compliance team understand and handle the ownership case as quickly as possible.

For example, the last email address you remember as being administrative for this account, how you lost access to it, whether you tried to recover your account’s password from SiteGround sign-up page, etc.

Our Compliance team will contact you back on the email from which this complaint is sent including any CC email address added from your end in recipients.

For a subject you can use “Ownership case” and include the name of your website.

Handling of the ownership case is free of charge. We shall not investigate anonymous complaints. All complaints are taken seriously and will be reviewed, investigated and responded to fairly and thoroughly. We aim to respond to the complainant within 5 business days. In the event that the complaint needs more detailed consideration due to the complexity of the raised issue(s) or volume of materials attached to the complaint, we reserve the right to extend the term of our response.
