How to configure Horde Webmail client to display/hide all email accounts?

By default, if you access your webmail using the main cPanel account (cPanel -> Webmail), the Horde webmail client is configured to display all the other email accounts that you have created from your cPanel -> Email accounts. The option is configurable and you can disable/enable it from your Horde Webmail Client -> Options -> Edit options for: -> Mail -> Server and Folder Information -> Use IMAP folder subscriptions? -> Enabled . When you enable the "Use IMAP folder subscriptions" option the additional email folders will disappear from the main cPanel account. If you want to keep all email communication private you should enable the above mentioned feature. However, if you need quick access to all email accounts you can keep the option disabled and use the main cPanel account to check all email addresses at once.…

You can adjust the time zone of all three webmail clients provided by default on all SiteGround servers. In SquirrelMail you can change Time zone settings from Options ->  Personal Information -> Timezone Options and then click the Submit button. How to send an HTML mail message using Horde webmail?

You can easily send email messages containing HTML code via the Horde webmail client . To do this, log in to your Horde webmail client and click the [ New message ] button. In the " Message Composition " window that opens you will see the option [ Switch to HTML composition ]. I’m getting an error page when accessing SiteGround’s cPanel/Webmail using Internet Explorer 7 / Firefox 3

When you try to access your cPanel/Webmail through yourdomain.com:2083 / yourdomain.com:2096 , you will be redirected to log in to your account through a secure HTTPS connection. Your browser will display a warning about a problem with the certificate. In fact, there is absolutely no security problem. The connection is still secure and you can safely disregard the warning. However, both Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox 3 instead of a pop-up warning, show a whole error page notifying you about an SSL problem. To proceed to your cPanel/Webmail, depending on your browser, you should: If you are using Internet Explorer 7, once the warning page opens, you should click Continue to this website (not recommended).     If you are using Firefox 3, once the error page opens, you should click Or you can add an exception… > Add Exception... Then, in the pop-up window you should click Get Certificate and then Confirm Security Exception . To avoid having to go through this procedure every time you access your cPanel through a secure connection, you should tick the Permanently store this exception   option available in the pop-up window. Cannot receive email using your webmail interface

There are several common reasons for being unable to receive emails when using a webmail client. These reasons include, but are not limited to - temporary mail server problems, exceeded space quota of the email account, incorrect MX records of the domain. Here are some checks you can make in order to locate the reason why you cannot receive email with your webmail client:   Check Email Quota If you have exceeded the quota of your email account, you will not be able to receive any more email messages. You should either remove some of the old messages or increase the space quota of your email account. You can check each account's disk usage from: cPanel > Email Accounts > Current Accounts section. In the table there is a column called Usage which gives information about the space usage of each mail account. To change the quota of an account, click on: cPanel > Email Accounts > Current Accounts > Functions column > Change quota . Check the MX record of your domain name The Mail Exchange (MX) record is a part of your DNS zone and it determines which server is currently handling your emails.
