The Customer Service and Presales Director is responsible for ensuring the high quality of customer service and high customer satisfaction by managing a team of 200+ customer service and presales representatives who onboard and support our clients in their interaction with our hosting platform.

Your Responsibilities:

  • - Set the vision and performance standards for a high quality customer service.
  • - Create procedures to ensure fast and efficient delivery of service.
  • - Manage the team to ensure their high quality of work.
  • - Oversees the working schedule of the team members.
  • - Organize trainings to increase the expertise of the team members.
  • - Analyze the team’s performance metrics and evaluate the quality of the work of individual members.
  • - Provide feedback to the CEO and COO regarding service failures or customers’ concerns.
  • - Manage all customer service and presales representatives across all offices of the company.
  • - Responsible for the internal coordination of Customer service supervisors and ensures that their management practices comply with the highest professional standards.

Senior QA Engineer

Your Responsibilities:

  • - Taking part in QA processes, reading and analysis of requirements, implementation of test plans, testing of a new product;
  • - Ensuring the overall quality of the product;
  • - Contribute to requirements definition;
  • - Work closely with developers, marketing different projects;
  • - Maintain and improve CI process;
  • - Analyze specifications/requirements;
