Top Customer Support Rep of September

Our Top Technical Support Rep, with the highest customer satisfaction rating in the past month, is Daniela Ivanova. She is a Level 1 Technical Support Agent, who takes care of the customer support tickets reported through our User Area. To be in top shape to handle tough technical cases, she keeps on her nightstand books about Linux and web programming, along with Harry Potter. Check out her full interview.

    "I believe that money spent on traveling is money well spent" I was fortunate to learn that in my 50s and have since taken many trips to Moscow, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Paris, and a couple to London. Travel while you can and don't worry about the cost. The experience and how it changes you as a person is priceless. I would love to spend a year in one of the Eastern Bloc countries working in IT. We could all learn so much from each other!

    keep telling my freinds there is only one hosting company and this is why - machines need to be looked after people are are doing it and appreciation is best way to look after people .
