The Customer Care Representative of the Month title for January deservedly goes to Antonio who is one of the most enthusiastic people on our team. With his positive and supportive attitude, he managed to help over 6000 customers and get close to 100% top ratings from them in the last couple of months alone! Here are some of his tips and insights into what makes his work so special.

    Your techs are amazing. And for Antonio to rise to the top at SiteGround is really saying something, since every tech here is generally better than the best tech at any other shared hosting company. Congrats, Antonio!

    So funny - I was thinking about the impeccable service at Siteground today, and then I saw this feature on Antonio in my inbox.

    The service at Siteground is truly truly impeccable. I know what I am talking about because I had to switch from another major hosting company. This is my second year hosting my site with Siteground and I have not looked back. I know my website is in good hands. Each time I have to speak to a tech, my requests are treated quickly, and I have a strong sense that they do the best they can to assist me with my problem.

    It's always nice to hear something positive with all the negativity you see in the media these days. I think SiteGround is great. I'm not surprised that Antonia is so happy with his job. You are a very lucky young man. It takes some of us our entire lives to find out that loving what you do means that you never have to work. When you truly enjoy what your doing it just takes the work right out of the equation for me. I would say that Antonia appears to fit right into that category as well. Good luck Antonia, and awesome job too! The replies from your customers pretty much say it all.
    I would venture to say that your employer probably loves you as much as you love your job 🙂
