How to Enable your SSL in OpenCart

The SSL certificates is an essential part of every online shop. In this tutorial we will teach you how to set OpenCart to work with your SSL certificate. The first step to enable your SSL certificate is to enter your admin panel at http://www.yourdomain.com/admin. Once you login go to the System menu and select the Settings sub-menu.

Now, click on the Edit button next to your store

On this page, you need to click on the Server tab to open the page with the server settings.

Now, locate the Use SSL option, and set it to Yes. Then click on the Save button to enable your SSL for your OpenCart store.

That's it! You can now visit https://yourdomain.com to check your online store working with your SSL certificate!
