How to Open a Support Ticket
Once you enter the support section of your customer area click on the link Open a Support Ticket in the quick navigation box in the right column.
You will be taken to the list of categories in which you can post your ticket. The first line of the categories is for requesting general technical help. In the second line we have listed the most common requests for people just starting their account with us. The third line is for non technical issues you may want to discuss. The best way to report a technical issue that is not a site/service down or a transfer or installation request is to use the Technical Issues category:
The form for reporting your issue is simple, you just need to choose the account in question (if you have multiple accounts) and describe your issue. If you need to a file can be uploaded too.
