You can easily publish your new Flash web site. Usually it consists of a html index file in which the swf animation is embedded and the swf file itself. More complex Flash web sites have several separate animation files.

Using your preferred FTP client navigate to the public_html folder in your web hosting account and upload the files there. In this way you will open your web site through your domain name. If you prefer to load the web site using a subdomain, upload the files under the corresponding subfolder of public_html.

If the Flash animation is not loading correctly in your browser, you should make sure that the Flash player plugin is correctly installed. More details can be found on the official page.

In this section you will learn how to create a simple contact form with php and SWiSH Max2.

First you need to write the contact.php file.

You can use the following sample code:

<?php

#collecting variable values

$name = $HTTP_POST_VARS['Name'];
$email = $HTTP_POST_VARS['Email'];
$comments = $HTTP_POST_VARS['Comments'];

#removing backslashes from the comments

$comments = stripslashes($comments);

#entering the recipient and the subject of the e-mail message

$sendTo = "your_email@domain.com";
$subject = "Simple Php Contact Form message";

#entering the message body

$msg_body = "Name: $namen";
$msg_body .= "E-Mail: $emailn";
$msg_body .= "Comments: $commentsn";

#entering the sender information

$header_info = "From: ".$name." <".$email.">";

#php mail()  function sends the message with the above details

mail($sendTo, $subject, $msg_body, $header_info);

?>

Then you should create the contact_form.html page using SWiSH Max2.

It will consist of 3 text fields for the name, the e-mail address and the comments. The text fields will be labeled.

Below them two buttons will be set.

The script code of the buttons is as follows:

SubmitButton:

on(release) {
  var Name = userName.text;
  var Email = userEmail.text;
  var
Comments = Comments.text;

loadVariables("contact.php",'POST');

}

ResetButton

on (release) {
  userName.text = "";
  userEmail.text = "";

Comments.text = "";
}

You will need the above code the configure the buttons. Please check the following video tutorial for detailed instructions on how to create the contact_form.html page using SWiSH Max2.
