In order to install Coppermine manually you will have to download the application files.
You can download Coppermine from here.
Once you have downloaded the zip file to your local hard drive, please, go to your cPanel -> FileManager and upload the file to your public_html folder.
After you have finished uploading the file, extract it using FileManager.
You should end up with a folder called cpg14x (where x is a number).
You can rename the folder according your personal preference.
For example you can set the folder name to "gallery".
In this way your Coppermine gallery will be accessible through http://yourdomainname.com/gallery.
Next you need to create a database for your Coppermine Gallery.
Click here to learn how to create a MySQL database and then come back on this page to continue with the installation.
Once you are ready with the database, you can proceed to the Coppermine web installer.
You can access it at http://yourdomainname.com (assuming you have decided to install the script in the main directory for the web site content, otherwise add the gallery folder in the above URL).

The first three fields are for your administration account - username/password and e-mail are used for administration purposes.
You can fill these according to your preferences.
Next comes the MySQL configuration.
Here you must enter the details of the database you have created.
Please note that the database and username names have your account's username as a prefix.
If you have created a database called gallery the name of the database would be yourusername_gallery.
Same goes for the database username.
On the SiteGround servers there are both ImageMagick and GD library installed in the /usr/bin folder so you can just type in /usr/bin in the corresponding field.
Coppermine will automatically select which image converter to use.
Once you are done with entering the required install information, click on the [Let's continue!] button.
If you have followed all the steps so far you should be watching a summary of the completed installation:

Click on the [Let's Continue] button, that will automatically log you in to your freshly installed Coppermine Photo Gallery.
Congratulations!
