Anyone, who has a Facebook account and is a SiteGround fan in Facebook can upload photos to participate in the contest.
The uploaded pictures should comply with all the rules below:
SiteGround has the sole right to decide if an uploaded picture is appropriate for the competition. All unappropriated pictures will be deleted without prior notice.
The first award is a digital camera Sony Cyber-shot 10.1 MP and will be given to the owner of the picture, which has received the biggest number of "Likes" complying to the terms below:
If at the end date of the competition there are more than one pictures with the same winning number of ?Likes? the voting will be continued for 24 hours, if still no winner can be appointed, SiteGround has the sole right to decide who will receive the prize.
The second award is a Pandigital digital frame PAN7000DW 7-Inch and will be given to the owner of the picture, chosen by a SiteGround committee to be the represent the best Halloween spirit. SiteGround committee has the sole right to decide, who will receive the prize as long as the owner of the chosen picture is not and has never been a SiteGround employee or a Site Ground's employee's relative.
Three months of free shared web hosting will be given to anyone, who has at least one uploaded picture, with ten or more "Likes" complying to the terms blow:
SiteGround will sent a Facebook notification to all participants eligible for receiving an award in up to 10 days after the competition's end. If a participant fails to provide all the requested information for receiving the award correctly and in the appropriate format in up to 30 days, after receiving this notification s/he will no longer be eligible to receive the award.
If the items announced for the first and second award are unavailability, their shipment to the winner is impossible or there is another problem with providing the exact item, SiteGround reserves the right to replace it with a similar item or with a direct payment of the equivalent USD value to the winner's PayPal account.
If the participant, who is eligible for the free hosting award has one or more shared hosting account with SiteGround the free months will be awarded to any of its existing accounts on his/her choice.
If the participant, who is eligible for the free hosting award does not have a shared hosting account with SiteGround a new account will be created for him and the free months will be added to this account.
The Halloween photos can be uploaded and "liked" until 15th of November 2009.
The competition awards cannot be combined with other special programs, offers or promotions running simultaneously by SiteGround. For any issue, not covered in the promotion special terms, the General SiteGround Terms will apply.
SiteGround reserves the right to change the above competition terms at any time. Such changes will become effective and binding after their posting on SiteGround's website. The participant agrees to regularly review the Terms and be aware of the changes made. By continuing to participate in the SiteGround competition after a revision posted, the participant agrees to abide by them.
SiteGround reserved the right to stop this contest at any time without explanation.
