Template Installation Fees
SiteGround will NOT charge template installation fee only for installing templates that are designed by SiteGround.
SiteGround will charge the customer a one-time fee for investigation and installation of any template that is not designed by SiteGround. Additional fees may be applied if any template installation requires more than 1 hour work to be successfully installed. The initial fee should be paid prior to the performing the template installation. All fees are non-refundable.
Template Installation Disclaimer
Any template installation is requested by the Customer at the customer's own risk. The Customer is solely responsible to request templates that are compatible with the applications hosted on his/her account. SiteGround cannot be responsible if a template is incompatible and cannot be installed or does not work properly after its installation.
If the template requires additional work, apart from its installation, to become fully compatible with the application and/or its modules used by the Customer this could not be performed as part of the installation process.
The customer is solely responsible to provide a working link for the template download, and any license information for the template if needed. SiteGround cannot be responsible if a template could not be downloaded due to failure by the customer to provide the needed information for the download.
By requesting a template installation the customer understands and agrees that SiteGround will act in good faith to perform the template installation requested by the customer but may not be able to successfully complete it and that no refund is owed by SiteGround in such cases.
By requesting a template installation the customer understands and agrees that SiteGround may not be able to provide support for problems, caused by the installed template.
By requesting a template installation the customer understands and agrees that SiteGround may not be able to later upgrade the application using this template.
SiteGround reserves the right to refuse to install any template, which is not compatible with SiteGround servers or is considered by SiteGround to create security risk, or to endanger in any way the performance of the shared server.
