Looking back at the service improvements we added during 2012, we can proudly say: our clients now receive much more than ever! We completed several major projects in this direction - the new Customer Area, cPanel and Ticketing system, adding multi-server locations with datacenters on three continents, conducting our first client satisfaction survey, adding many new features for free like new server hardware, CDN, SuperCacher, etc. And we will continue to give you more!
We also did a lot for our employees' satisfaction: we moved to a new and inspiring office, organized many trainings and recreational activities. And looking back at the professional achievements of our team, it seems our colleagues got really inspired! More people than ever were awarded at this years' official recap event for outstanding contribution to the company!
But apart from giving more to our customers and our employees, this year we decide to give to another group of people - the children in need! Motivated by this cause everyone from SiteGround eagerly participated in our very special Christmas charity fundraising event! A whole day of games at the office was organized with the sole purpose of raising money for local orphanages. We didn't want this to end up as a one-time event for the Holidays only - so we decided to set up the SiteGround Scholarship fund and sponsor kids from such institutions to go to college, study and support themselves while at it. The outcome of our charity event surpassed our expectations!
